Our team of researchers first started focusing on employee research while working in Stanford’s Psychophysiology Laboratory on an employee-focused initiative for Deloitte. After our contract with Deloitte ended, our team began exploring the state of employee surveying. What we uncovered was an industry that has tied itself to Employee Engagement as the “be-all-end-all” of employee metrics. We’re here to shake things up!
