ESG needed to understand the substantive differences between ‘in the field employees’ vs. those in their offices. The primary area of focus was to yield substantive feedback to improve company-wide communications and feedback channels. We did so by identifying and removing communication silos so information, ideas, and feedback could flow more seamlessly across their diverse workforce.
ESG has a diverse workforce, many of whom are in less developed areas making internet and technology access difficult. We attacked this problem with SMS access, QR Code Access, and making informational videos to solicit higher participation and thoughtful feedback.
